Straps and neckline are loaded with black gelatin sequins. Side closure with slide snaps, reinforced inside waist seam. 2 layers. Hand made, perhaps modded for stage. Edge of wrap piece has faded along fringe as has dress next to that not sure how. She's a little rough but still glam! As is.
